By downloading or using the SetR app, these terms will automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully before using the app.

1. License

SetR grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes on an iOS device that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

2. SetR Pro Subscriptions

SetR offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions ("SetR Pro") that unlock premium features like unlimited workouts, unlimited templates, and full history.

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Management: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
• Free Trials: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

By purchasing SetR Pro, you also agree to the standard Apple Terms of Use (EULA), available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. SetR is a fitness utility app and is not intended to provide medical advice. Please consult a physician before beginning any new exercise routine.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SetR or its developers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the app, including but not limited to physical injury, device damage, or data loss.

5. Changes to These Terms

We may update our Terms of Use from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Use on this page.
